Every summer takes us back to our culinary memories: a world of unbridled freedom, of evening fires, of "someone's cooking us a feast", of individual and communal comfort.

In the summer of '24', we are delighted to invite you all: with four grand tasting menus, nearly sixty ingredients, almost twenty natural wines, we showcase local ingredients that have been appreciated, bring the cooking methods of the flat river region, pay homage to the strength of the harvesters of the old world, and evoke the plates of bygone taverns and comfortable summer weekends in joyful style exercises. In the spirit of lovable simplicity, summer is here, and the very tasty Lowlands!
