The Alkimista is a small, 16-seat dinner restaurant in the historic heart of Szeged. Its unusual style is largely due to this deliberate concealment: an intimate interior amidst the hustle and bustle of the city centre, 7-9-11 course tasting dinners unique in the region, a self-contained free-range kitchen and chef-led evenings make this a unique culinary workshop.
