Timings and Cancellations

The restaurant opens each evening at 6:00 PM, and we kindly ask our guests to arrive at this time.

Table cancellation: If you are unable to attend at your reserved time, please let us know so we can offer the table to other guests who may be waiting. Cancellation is free of charge up to ten calendar days before the dinner event. For cancellations within ten days, we kindly ask you to cover half of the menu price; within three calendar days, the full amount is due. The same conditions apply to reservations made with gift vouchers — please come, so your voucher does not go to waste!

Dinners

We offer an 8-course seasonal tasting menu each evening, available alcohol-free or with a wine/beverage pairing. The latter includes a curated selection of four tasting pours (0.7 dl per glass). For any consumption beyond the fixed menu shown on our menu cards, we recommend our current drink and delicacy list.

Children

Based on our experience, a dinner evening often does not provide an entirely carefree experience for children under 13. Therefore, we kindly ask you to arrange supervision for the little ones, for your own relaxation as well as that of other guests.

Fragrance

Alkimista operates in a small space, so we kindly ask you to avoid strong, dominant perfumes.

Photography and Other Notes

During dinner service, photographing other guests or their tables is not permitted, in order to protect their privacy. The same applies to our staff. You may take photos of the interior, the atmosphere, and the dishes for personal use. For business-related platforms or personal blogs, photography is only allowed with the restaurant's permission.
